Introduction

Anyone involved in the crypto world has watched with keen interest and high expectations during the first month of the rule of the controversial “Crypto King” Donald Trump.

The Promise of a Crypto King

Trump’s pre‑election promises have long stirred debate in the crypto community. Supporters argue that if he were to deliver on all his promises, he could rightly be called a “king” and, for all intents and purposes, be on par with figures like Satoshi Nakamoto.

Yet, as his detractors remind us, Trump is known for making extravagant claims — many of which are as fleeting as ice placed under the sun, melting away along with his many falsehoods over time.

Despite this skepticism, not everything appears as grim as it might seem. In a surprising twist, “El Jefe” himself has delivered on several crypto‑related pledges that can be considered positive steps for the industry.

A Look at Some of Trump’s Promises

As everyone is aware, the larger-than-life Donald Trump declared that he would accomplish so much on his first day in office that a regular 24-hour day would need to be stretched to 124 hours to get everything done as promised.

Some of his most outlandish promises included:

  • Ending the War in Ukraine: “On the very first day of my presidency, I will end the war in Ukraine.”
  • Expelling 11 Million Immigrants: “On day one, I will expel 11 million immigrants from the USA.”
  • Closing the USA–Mexico Border: “On day one, I will order the closure of the USA–Mexico border.”
  • Pardoning Capitol Attack Perpetrators: “On day one, I will order the pardon of domestic terrorists who attacked the Capitol on January 6, 2021.”
  • Repealing Environmental Measures: “On day one, I will repeal all environmental protection measures enacted by Biden and withdraw from the Paris Agreement.”
  • Imposing High Tariffs Worldwide: “On day one, I will impose high tariffs on every country in the world except the USA.”

Some of these measures were put in place on the first day, others came later, and some are still in progress because they seem nearly impossible. However, our focus here is solely on the promises related to cryptocurrencies.

What Did Crypto King Donald Trump Actually Deliver?

Below is a list of the crypto‑related promises that have been fulfilled — because, for the crypto community, the bottom line is whether these commitments have been kept:

  • Pardon of Ross Ulbricht: Trump pardoned Ross Ulbricht, the creator and founder of Silk Road, who was serving a life sentence.
  • SEC Leadership Change: He promised to remove Gary Gensler from the SEC. Although Gensler resigned of his own accord, he was succeeded by Paul Atkins — a pro‑crypto figure now awaiting Senate confirmation.
  • Empowering Crypto Advocacy at the SEC: Republican Commissioner Hester Peirce, known for her advocacy of clear cryptocurrency policies, has been appointed to lead the newly established “Crypto Working Group” at the SEC.
  • CBDC Ban: Trump banned the Federal Reserve from issuing a central bank digital currency (CBDC), criticizing it as a potential tool for undermining citizens’ personal freedoms.
  • Repeal of Restrictive Banking Regulations: He repealed SEC rule SAB 121, which had significantly hindered banks from holding cryptocurrencies, thereby paving the way for greater integration of digital assets into traditional financial systems.
  • Establishing a National Digital Asset Reserve: An executive order was signed to create the National Digital Asset Reserve, marking the first step toward establishing a centralized digital asset reserve for the U.S. government. A working group led by David Sack has been formed to address this initiative.
  • Formation of a Digital Asset Task Force: Under David Sack’s leadership, the newly established Digital Asset Task Force has prioritized the development of transparent and comprehensive regulations for digital assets — with special emphasis on stablecoins.

Promises Still Unfulfilled

Of the other crypto‑related promises, there are two that have yet to be delivered but are seen as crucial for broader crypto adoption:

1. Elimination of “Chokepoint” Regulations:

The removal of restrictive “Chokepoint” measures in the crypto and technology sectors — a relic of past administrations.

2. Protection of Personal Wallet Privacy:

Trump promised to safeguard the privacy of personal cryptocurrency wallets, ensuring that the details of crypto holdings would not be disclosed without explicit consent.

Final Thoughts

As we have seen, against all odds, Donald Trump has managed to fulfill some of his pre‑election crypto promises.

Given his long history of exaggeration and bending the truth, many doubted he would deliver on these commitments. Yet, as the old saying goes, “A wolf may change its fur but never its nature” — although this time, it appears the wolf might indeed be changing, or at least feigning change to deceive his followers.

The crypto community remains divided: many place high hopes in Trump, believing that the person who will finally resolve all crypto issues has assumed the presidency, while others remain skeptical. Only time will tell whether we can trust a leader described by some as an egocentric liar who cares only about money and himself.

“War and Peace” in Ukraine: By Donald Trump

Trump-Putin Negotiations and European Reactions; Tolstoj wrote the novel “War and Peace”, and Trump is rewriting a history of war and peace in Ukraine

Introduction

It appears that yet another one of Trump’s pre-election promises may come to fruition. A recent telephone conversation with Putin reportedly set in motion negotiations for a ceasefire and an end to the war in Ukraine — a move that has shocked and stunned Europe.

According to a post on Trump’s social media platform, Truth Social, after a long and productive call, he and President Putin agreed to begin negotiations immediately to end the conflict in Ukraine.

As Trump put it: “We agreed that our teams should start talks right away.” Later, Ukrainian President Zelensky also stated that he and President Trump discussed a lasting and reliable peace.

This phone call with Putin followed earlier statements by Trump and his defense minister, who claimed it was highly unlikely that Ukraine would join NATO — effectively dashing Kyiv’s dream of eventual membership.

Even though President Zelensky has repeatedly emphasized that any discussion about Ukraine must include Ukraine and that the country must be part of all negotiations, the Trump–Putin call appears to contradict that principle, having been held without the knowledge of European leaders, Ukraine, or any other party.

The Shock in Europe

In the aftermath, leaders from seven European countries — caught somewhat off guard — declared after a meeting of foreign ministers in Paris that Europe must remain involved in any negotiations regarding Ukrainian–Russian peace and in all future discussions on Ukraine’s fate.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz stated that any agreement to end the war should not be imposed on Ukraine and that Kyiv’s demands must not be overlooked.

U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth remarked that Trump is the only person capable of uniting both sides, ending the conflict, and establishing peace.

Following these developments — and amid statements from the USA, Russia, Europe, and Ukraine — NATO Secretary Mark Rutte and Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov held a joint press conference.

Rutte said that NATO’s goal is to position Ukraine strongly in both negotiations and on the battlefield, ensuring that any outcome is robust and lasting so that Putin never again attempts to seize Ukrainian territory.

He also noted that over 50 billion euros have been invested in military support for Ukraine, and that a joint command structure between Ukraine and NATO has been established to help NATO learn key lessons from Ukraine.

Russians are Impressed

It seems the Russians were impressed by President Trump’s swift and decisive actions. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov commented on the Trump–Putin conversation, and his remarks conveyed enthusiasm for Trump’s approach.

Peskov stated that it is still too early to discuss when a Trump–Putin meeting might take place, but he expressed confidence that it will happen very soon. He also mentioned that while the Biden administration appears inclined to continue the war, Trump and his team are aiming for peace.

When asked about the return of territory to Ukraine, he said it was premature to discuss such details and cautioned against hasty conclusions. In response to questions about Chinese mediation in the Russian–Ukrainian conflict, he urged patience from journalists.

Regarding a potential Trump–Putin meeting, President Trump told reporters at the White House that the meeting would be held in Saudi Arabia, though no date was specified. On social media, he boasted that the two presidents had even invited each other to visit their respective capitals.

Although much of Europe is unsettled by Trump’s move — conducted behind its back and without the knowledge of European leaders — one European statesman has openly supported Trump’s initiative. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, known for his unabashed right-wing stance, has consistently backed Trump. He even went so far as to claim on social media that Europe cannot demand a seat at the negotiating table; it must earn one, whatever that may mean.

Conclusion

Regardless of whether this marks the beginning of the end of the Russian–Ukrainian conflict, the development is a positive sign.

Many hope that peace will come soon, but not at the expense of European security or by giving Putin free rein to act at will.

After all, Ukraine is on the European continent and directly affects every European country and the broader community. It is both natural and logical that Europe should be involved in achieving a peace agreement.

Now is the time for the USA, Europe, Russia, and Ukraine to join forces in finding a solution and ending this bloody and unnecessary conflict — a conflict that has already cost too many lives, both military and civilian.

Introduction

If you have ever wondered which jobs will be in demand in the future, this is one of them — it has already arrived and is highly sought after: the job of a “Prompt Engineer.”

Simply visit any job listing website, and you will find numerous large companies, as well as small firms with just a few employees, searching for Prompt Engineers.

But what exactly is prompt engineering, and what do prompt engineers do?

What Is Prompt Engineering?

In the simplest terms, prompt engineers are experts who specialize in creating text-based prompts that interact with artificial intelligence (AI) models such as ChatGPT or Gemini. They also test and optimize these prompts to improve AI responses.

They are often referred to as “AI Whisperers” because of the unique nature of their work. Their role in AI development is crucial, as the quality of their prompts directly impacts the accuracy and usefulness of the results generated by AI.

The term “AI Whisperers” comes from the metaphor of an expert “whispering” to artificial intelligence to achieve the desired output, similar to how animal whisperers communicate with animals.

The History of Prompt Engineering

This profession emerged with the rise of artificial intelligence. Before AI, the concept of a Prompt Engineer did not exist.

With the development of digital tools such as ChatGPT, the need arose for specialized professionals who could “communicate” with AI — effectively speaking the language of artificial intelligence.

As AI models became more sophisticated, prompt engineers evolved alongside them, refining their skills to become key figures in AI development.

Today’s prompt engineers are no longer just programmers. The role is not limited to software developers; it also requires an understanding of logic, creativity, and language comprehension. This allows professionals from diverse backgrounds to pursue a career in prompt engineering.

What Does a Prompt Engineer Do? Responsibilities and Tasks

The primary role of a prompt engineer is to create effective prompts, but their work doesn’t stop there. A skilled prompt engineer must master several key tasks to ensure AI models function optimally.

Key Responsibilities of a Prompt Engineer:

  • Creating and Formulating Prompts: They design clear instructions for AI models to produce specific results and constantly experiment to find the approach that delivers the best outcomes.
  • Analyzing Results: They evaluate the output, identify any errors or “hallucinations” (inaccurate or misleading responses), and adjust the prompts to improve quality.
  • Customizing for Specific Needs: Depending on the industry — whether it’s marketing, medicine, finance, or technical documentation — prompt engineers to tailor the communication with AI accordingly.
  • Keeping Up with Trends: Given the rapid pace of AI advancements, they must stay informed about new algorithms, techniques, and breakthroughs to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Educating Colleagues: A reliable prompt engineer is always ready to share new insights and best practices with coworkers, helping maintain consistent quality across the organization.

Salary and Job Demand

The more developed and technologically advanced a country is, the more AI is integrated into business operations — driving demand for prompt engineers. This, in turn, influences salary levels.

The highest salaries for prompt engineers are found in technologically advanced regions such as the United States and Europe, and even in Turkey and parts of Asia.

According to various online sources, the average annual salary for a prompt engineer can range from $100,000 to $300,000, reflecting the high demand and the critical role these professionals play in AI development.

Conclusion

The growth of AI technology will undoubtedly lead to the disappearance of certain traditional jobs, but it will also create new career opportunities in the AI sector.

There will be a growing need for AI specialists. So, if you are already in this field — or think you could become a prompt engineer — the world of AI is open to you, and now is the time to seize the opportunity!
